Meeting at Agrupamento de Escolas Gil Eanes — Lagos/PT
On June 19th, the ISTM Erasmus project coordinator at Agrupamento de Escolas Gil Eanes, Mário Guedes, the Social Educator, Patrícia Almeida, and the project teacher, Ana Moreira, had an official meeting with AE Gil Eanes Director, Paula Couto, and the Deputy Director, Rute Domingos, in order to present the Erasmus project “Inclusive Schools Through Mediation”: all the activities already done until the moment and what was expected to be implemented in the future.
During this meeting, besides reporting the already achieved meetings held in Finland and in Spain, it was shared the results from the meetings held with the City Hall Education Department and the Teacher Training Centre.
Finally, it was discussed the implementation of a mediation program at AEGE: target school, target students and teachers to be involved and logistics.
The school management gave its positive approval for the necessary procedures to be developed for the successful implementation of this mediation programme.
