Mediation Training Course — Lagos/Portugal
This Saturday, September 21, in sunny Lagos, Portugal, “Inclusive Schools through Mediation” training course, hosted by the Centro de Formação Dr. Rui Grácio in a partnership with the ERASMUS+ European project “Inclusive Schools through Mediation”, kicked off with energy and excitement.
With participants from diverse backgrounds and different motivations, the course promises to transform the way conflicts are handled in our schools.
The training was led by the Social Educator, Patrícia Almeida and the Teacher trainer Mário Guedes, both from Agrupamento de Escolas Gil Eanes. The first day was filled with active discussions, opinion-sharing, and real-life experiences, making this not just another training, but a space for personal and professional growth. Dynamic exercises kept everyone engaged, and the takeaways have already shown potential to make a positive impact in both personal and professional settings.
This course is just getting started, but expectations are high, and participants are eager to continue this journey, gaining skills that will truly make a difference.
