Study Visit in Malaga, Spain
The second mobility of this project was a Study Visit that that took place in Malaga, Spain from May 13th until May 15th, 2024

Main objectives of the Meeting:
✓ To get to know in situ the method used by IES PORTADA ALTA for school mediation;
✓ To exchange good practices and methodologies between the partner organisations;
✓ To deliver a final proposal for the Online Training Course contents.
Participants for this Study Visit were 3 professionals per school (the project coordinator, an expert and a teacher involved in mediation activities in their respective schools — who has leadership among their peers regarding mediation and can represent them), plus 1 trainer/facilitator from IES PORTADA ALTA. For AIIJ: 3 participants (the general coordinator, one expert and 1 person responsible for logistics and communication).
Besides visiting the host institution, IE Portada Alta, and all the steps taken by this institution in order to keep the implementation of their mediation program, the group was offered the opportunity to attend the gala of the 20th anniversary of the mediation program existing there. Besides, at the end of the three days of the study visit, partners were able to create the final draft of the international mediation training program, to be implemented in September, 2024, as part of the main target activities of the “Inclusive Schools Through Mediation” Erasmus project.
