Meeting at Lagos City Hall
On May, 7th, the ISTM Erasmus project coordinator at Agrupamento de Escolas Gil Eanes, Mário Guedes, and the Social Educator, Patrícia Almeida, visited the Lagos City Hall /Education Department in order to present the Erasmus project “Inclusive Schools Through Mediation”.
The meeting was hosted by Ana Alves (Director for the Education Department) and Elisabete Serra (Head of education division). During this meeting, it was possible to present the Erasmus program, in general, and the “Inclusive Schools Through Mediation” project and the international team, in detail. At the same time, it was shared the goals regarding the implementation of a mediation program at AE Gil Eanes consortium and, in order to do it, possible ways of cooperation with the City Hall Education Department.
Finally, there was also the possibility of the Education Department giving visibility to this project by having it shared among other schools, not only in Lagos, but also in neighbouring cities.
