First Transnational Coordination Meeting
In a significant step towards enhancing school mediation practices, Maijamäen Koulu, located in Naantali, Finland, hosted on March 11th, 2024, the first Transnational Coordination Meeting. The meeting brought together key stakeholders from various project organizations to strategize and plan the forthcoming phases of local and international activities within the project.
The primary objectives of the meeting were meticulously outlined:
- Planning Work Package Activities: Participants delved into detailed discussions to plan the phases of local and international activities within the Work Packages. This included thorough considerations of content, methodologies, and the development of essential tools.
- Structuring Project Plans: An essential aspect of the meeting was the presentation of the project plans’ structure. Emphasis was placed on crafting tools to measure impact and evaluate different project phases effectively.
- Dissemination and Visibility Strategies: Recognizing the importance of outreach, attendees dedicated time to specify dissemination and visibility activities. This encompassed discussions on the project’s logo, website development, and strategies for leveraging social networks to maximize project visibility.
- Internal Organizational Arrangements: Ensuring seamless collaboration among project organizations was another pivotal focus. Participants worked towards establishing internal arrangements to streamline communication and cooperation throughout the project duration.
