Following this, Module 2: Peer Mediation was introduced, showcasing how students can be empowered to act as mediators, resolving conflicts peacefully and contributing to a collaborative school culture.

In Module 3: Emotional Intelligence for Peer Mediation, we emphasized the role of emotional intelligence in conflict resolution, helping teachers understand how this skill can be developed among students to enhance their conflict-handling abilities.

Module 4: Good Practices of Peer Mediation presented real-life scenarios from school settings, focusing on best practices and successful examples of peer mediation that teachers can consider implementing.

Last, Module 5: Implementing a Peer Mediation Programme provided a framework for teachers on how to establish a peer mediation program, including practical steps to create a sustainable model for peaceful conflict resolution in schools.
