AEGE: Students’ training — session 1

In Session 1 of Module 1 – Understanding Conflicts, we explored the concept of conflict, reflecting on its negative impacts when left unresolved and the positive effects it can generate when resolved appropriately and harmoniously. Additionally, we discussed different approaches to handling conflicts and carried out a group mediation activity to apply the concepts in practice.
