Evrenosbey Middle School Visits Şarköy District Directorate of National Education within the Scope of the Erasmus+ “Inclusive Schools through Mediation” Project
As the Şarköy District Directorate of National Education, we were pleased to welcome the teachers and students of Evrenosbey Middle School who participated in the internationally coordinated Erasmus+ project “Inclusive Schools through Mediation.”
Within the scope of the project, three teachers and five students from Evrenosbey Middle School took part in the “International Meeting of Teachers and Student Mediators” held in Lagos, Portugal, from May 5 to 10, 2025. Representing Türkiye, the school showcased exemplary practices in peer mediation and fostering inclusive school environments.
Following their return, the project team visited our District Directorate to share their experiences and project outcomes. As part of the visit, a Q&A session was held with the students, allowing them to reflect on their experiences abroad. The confidence, communication skills, and understanding of mediation they gained through the project made us immensely proud.
The dedication and success demonstrated by Evrenosbey Middle School in this meaningful initiative contribute greatly to the educational vision of our district. We remain committed to supporting the development of our students and teachers through international collaborations and meaningful projects like this one.
